Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

These gluten-free chocolate chip cookies are just like my amazing regular chocolate chip cookies, but what!?! They’re GLUTEN-FREE!!
 
The gluten-free flour I use is the King Arthur brand. If you typically eat gluten-free, this is a very well known brand. I am very serious when it comes to preparing gluten-free food. I always use clean, freshly used bowls, sheet pans, parchment paper and cooking utensils. I make sure to never cross-contaminate anything. I have several friends who are gluten-free, so I know how important it is to be careful and safe!
 
These cookies aren't like any other gluten-free cookie you've had before. They don’t even taste gluten-free, but are the best chocolate chip cookies you've ever eaten. Trust me!
